Terms of Service

1. Who operates BeyondTrip and acceptance of these Terms

BeyondTrip is operated in Israel by Israel Zehavi (זהבי ישראל), under the business name BeyondTrip (“BeyondTrip”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@beyondtrip.ai.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to create an account.

2. Your account

Please provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Activity carried out through an account may be treated as activity of that account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. What BeyondTrip provides

BeyondTrip provides travel-planning and discovery tools. These may include trip-building features, information about places, creator Guides and recommendations, maps, discovery features and AI-assisted planning.

Unless we expressly say otherwise for a particular service, BeyondTrip is not a hotel, airline, tour operator, transport provider or other travel supplier. Creators are independent contributors and are not employees or agents of BeyondTrip.

4. Access and paid features

Some content and features require payment. A purchase may provide Access, an internal usage entitlement intended only for use within BeyondTrip.

Access cannot be sold, transferred between users or redeemed for cash, except where required by law or as part of an approved refund or account adjustment.

Using Access may activate paid access to a Guide, Trip Premium or another paid feature. The scope and duration of that access will be shown before activation. Requirements, prices, durations and available features may change for future purchases.

A future change will not, by itself, reduce the scope or duration of paid access that has already been activated. We may correct or restrict an entitlement where reasonably necessary because of an approved refund, fraud or abuse, a technical error, a legal requirement, a rights violation, or a material security or safety issue.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Where stated at checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for the purchase and its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. The price, applicable taxes and transaction details are shown during checkout.

You may request a cancellation or refund by contacting contact@beyondtrip.ai while the Access associated with that purchase remains unused. Sending a request does not mean that a refund has been approved. We review each request individually based on the transaction and the relevant usage state.

Once Access from a purchase has been used, BeyondTrip does not generally offer a discretionary refund for that used Access. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, payment-provider rules, or corrections for duplicate charges, technical errors or other cases that require an adjustment.

Approved monetary refunds are processed through the relevant payment provider and may result in the corresponding Access or paid entitlement being cancelled or adjusted.

6. Travel information, AI and creator content

Travel information can change quickly. Opening hours, prices, availability, routes, weather, local rules, safety conditions and other details may become inaccurate or out of date.

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable suggestions or outdated information. Creator content reflects the creator’s own knowledge, experience and opinions. BeyondTrip does not manually verify every creator statement, place detail, price, opening hour, route, recommendation or AI output.

Important information should be independently verified before it is relied on, especially information about safety, transportation, tickets, bookings, legal requirements, accessibility, health, weather and other time-sensitive conditions.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish. BeyondTrip may review reports and restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary for legal, rights, trust, safety or platform-integrity reasons.

7. Third-party services and bookings

BeyondTrip may display maps, place data, external websites, booking links, accommodation, activities, transport options and other services provided by third parties. A transaction or relationship with a third-party provider is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, BeyondTrip is not the seller or provider of the underlying travel service and is not responsible for the third party’s performance, availability, cancellation policy or refund policy. Some links may be part of referral or affiliate arrangements.

8. Your content, intellectual property and reports

Ownership of original content submitted by ordinary users, such as trip notes, photos and other material, is not transferred to BeyondTrip. By submitting that content, you give BeyondTrip a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and any sharing or publishing features you choose to use.

The BeyondTrip brand, software, interface and platform materials belong to BeyondTrip or its licensors. Creator content remains subject to the rights of the relevant creator.

If you believe content on BeyondTrip infringes copyright, privacy or another right, impersonates someone, or creates a material safety or trust concern, contact contact@beyondtrip.ai and provide enough information for us to identify and review the content.

9. Acceptable use

BeyondTrip may not be used to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others, distribute malware or spam, harass users, manipulate referrals or compensation, create artificial activity, bypass paid-access or security controls, scrape platform content at scale without permission, or commercially redistribute content without the right to do so.

10. Suspension, removal and account termination

We may restrict content or features, or suspend or terminate an account, when we reasonably believe this is necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud or manipulation, a security risk, unlawful activity, infringement of rights, or a material safety or trust concern.

Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. Some records may need to be retained after removal for transactions, accounting, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or existing user entitlements, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund and does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

BeyondTrip is an evolving product. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email or through another appropriate channel.

Changes apply prospectively. A change to future pricing or product structure will not, by itself, cancel paid access that has already been activated, subject to the exceptions described in Section 4.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness or suitability of every output, itinerary, creator statement or third-party data point.

To the extent permitted by law, BeyondTrip is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or outdated creator, third-party or AI information, by the performance of third-party travel providers, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Israel unless applicable law requires otherwise.
