By accessing or using the BeyondTrip website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

3. Description of the Service

BeyondTrip is an integrated travel planning platform that provides users with access to curated travel guides, place information, trip building tools, and AI-assisted itinerary planning. The Service allows you to discover destinations, organize your travels, and manage your personal itineraries in one unified experience.

4. User Trips and Personal Use

You may use the Service to create, save, edit, and manage travel itineraries ("Trips") for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for any information, notes, or customizations you add to your Trips. BeyondTrip provides these tools to assist your planning but does not guarantee the feasibility, accuracy, or safety of any user-created itinerary.

6. Content Continuity and Retention

We aim to provide a reliable planning environment. You acknowledge that:

• Deleting saved content or removing items from your account may permanently disable associated premium features or planning states.
• BeyondTrip may preserve transaction records, system logs, and security-related data even if user-facing content is deleted, as required for legal compliance, billing, and operational integrity.

7. Payments and Billing

If you choose to purchase premium access or use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

• Pricing: Prices and billing structures are subject to change. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Processors: We may use third-party payment processors or billing providers. Your use of these services may be subject to additional third-party terms.
• Errors: BeyondTrip reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or technical mistakes in transactions.

9. Scheduling, Timing, and Verification

Suggested schedules, time slots, visit timing, route durations, and itinerary sequencing are estimates provided for planning convenience only. They are not a guarantee of real-world feasibility.

BeyondTrip does not guarantee that a place will be open, available, or practically visitable at the suggested time. Real-world constraints such as traffic, weather, local rules, or sudden closures may override digital suggestions.

You MUST independently verify all critical travel details before reliance, including:

• Business status and local availability
• Opening hours and seasonal closures
• Ticket availability and booking requirements
• Route logistics and transportation timing
• Safety conditions and local travel rules
• Weather and transit disruptions

10. Creator Content and Third-Party Data

The Service displays guides, tips, recommendations, maps, images, and media provided by independent creators and third-party data services.

Independent Contributors: Creator-submitted content reflects the contributor’s own opinions, experience, or assumptions. BeyondTrip does not independently verify all creator-submitted information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, suitability, or timeliness of such content.

BeyondTrip does not control third-party data sources. Content may change, become unavailable, or contain inaccuracies. Your use of third-party features (such as maps or booking links) is subject to the additional terms and privacy policies of those providers.

11. Usage Restrictions and Conduct

To maintain the integrity of our platform, you agree NOT to:

• Unauthorized Extraction: Scrape, crawl, or otherwise copy at scale any platform data, including guides, place information, or media.
• Redistribution: Republish, resell, or commercially exploit any content found on BeyondTrip without explicit permission.
• Bypassing Controls: Attempt to circumvent premium access restrictions, technical safeguards, or security measures.
• Interference: Disrupt the Service or use automated tools to manipulate platform metrics or engagement.

12. Intellectual Property

The BeyondTrip branding, interface design, curated content structure, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property rights owned by BeyondTrip or its licensors. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-commercial license for personal planning; no ownership rights are transferred to you.

13. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of the content you personally submit as an ordinary user (such as profile photos and private trip notes).

You grant BeyondTrip a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content strictly as necessary to provide the Service. BeyondTrip may remove, restrict, or refuse user-submitted content that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, or safety requirements.

14. Changes to the Service and Availability

BeyondTrip may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue platform features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Premium features, AI services, and other parts of the ecosystem may evolve as the product changes.

15. Changes to these Terms

BeyondTrip may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at bottom of this page, and material changes may be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondTrip provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service or its outputs. BeyondTrip shall not be liable for any travel disruptions, financial losses, or individual outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.
