Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this Policy covers

BeyondTrip is operated in Israel by Israel Zehavi (זהבי ישראל), under the business name BeyondTrip (“BeyondTrip”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@beyondtrip.ai.

This Policy applies to the BeyondTrip website, apps, creator tools and related services.

Providing personal information is generally voluntary unless we tell you otherwise. Some information is needed to create an account, complete a purchase, receive a creator payout or use a particular feature. If information required for a feature is not provided, that feature may not be available.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how BeyondTrip is used. It may include:

• Account and profile information, such as name, email address, login identifiers and profile details.
• Content and activity in the Service, such as Trips, Guides, saved places, notes, media, files, searches, actions in the Service, creator content and communications sent to us.
• AI inputs and context, including prompts, planning requests and relevant Trip, Guide or place information used to provide an AI-assisted feature.
• Purchase, Access and creator-payment information, such as order identifiers, payment status, Access activity, paid entitlements, refunds, chargebacks, payout details and information needed to administer creator earnings. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by BeyondTrip.
• Technical and connected-service information, such as device and browser information, IP address, security events, logs, identifiers used to operate and secure the Service, and information imported or connected through supported services such as maps, place data, payments or other integrations.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and maintain BeyondTrip, manage Trips, Guides, accounts and paid access, personalize relevant features, and provide AI-assisted planning and recommendations.

We also use information to process purchases, refunds and creator earnings, provide support, protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, understand product performance and attribution where those tools are enabled, and meet legal obligations.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate BeyondTrip, including providers of cloud infrastructure, authentication and security, AI services, maps and place data, payments and Merchant of Record services, creator payouts, analytics, communications, support and other technical infrastructure.

We share only the information reasonably needed for the relevant service and use contractual, technical or legal safeguards where appropriate.

Information may also be disclosed when it is intentionally published or shared, when disclosure is required by law, when needed to investigate fraud, abuse or rights violations, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a legitimate business transaction such as a financing, merger or sale, subject to applicable law.

5. AI processing

When AI-powered features are used, relevant prompts and context may be processed by third-party AI providers so that the requested feature can work. Depending on the feature, that context may include Trip information, place information and creator content that the relevant user is permitted to access.

We aim to send only what is reasonably needed for the feature. The way an external AI provider handles information is also subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. If BeyondTrip introduces a materially different use of personal information, we will reflect that change in this Policy and handle it in accordance with applicable law.

6. Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies

BeyondTrip uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar technologies where needed for authentication, security, preferences and normal operation of the Service.

When enabled, we may also use analytics and attribution technologies such as Google Analytics 4. If you choose to allow optional Meta marketing tracking, BeyondTrip currently uses Meta Pixel on selected public pages for marketing measurement. These tools may use cookies or browser identifiers. Meta Conversions API and server-side Meta purchase delivery are not currently enabled.

The controls that apply can differ by technology, purpose and applicable law. Where consent is required for a particular analytics or marketing use, that use will operate in accordance with the applicable consent choice.

7. Public, shared and access-controlled content

Some creator profiles, Guides, posts and previews may be public or discoverable. Other content is available only to users with the relevant access rights.

Trips, notes and other user content are visible according to the features, settings and sharing actions selected in the Service. Publishing or sharing content may allow other people to view or copy it according to the sharing method used.

Disconnecting a third-party service does not necessarily remove information that was previously imported and saved in BeyondTrip. That content can be removed using available product controls or by contacting us for assistance where appropriate.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

Account, Trip and content information may generally be kept while the account or relevant content remains active, and may later be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to product and legal requirements.

Transaction, refund, creator-earning, accounting, fraud-prevention, security and dispute records may need to be kept for longer. Backups and logs may be removed according to normal technical cycles rather than immediately.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access to personal information held about them, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion in appropriate cases, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, and exercise other rights available under law.

Privacy requests can be submitted to contact@beyondtrip.ai. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where the law allows or requires it, or where it is reasonably necessary for transactions, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

BeyondTrip is based in Israel and works with service providers that may process information in Israel and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate legal or contractual measures for international transfers.

11. Children

BeyondTrip accounts are intended for adults who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service. If there is reason to believe that an account was created for someone who does not meet those requirements, contact contact@beyondtrip.ai.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as BeyondTrip changes or as our legal obligations develop. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email or through another appropriate channel.
